What You Need To Know
Apparel & Accessories:
You have 14 business days to return or exchange apparel and accessories free of charge. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please fill out a customer care ticket with the reason for your return along with photos of the or wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Unfortunately, we do not honor returns for buyers remorse or products that have been worn or used.
Most footwear (except certain styles) are subject to a 30 day return policy. Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition, in it's original packaging to qualify for a refund. *Be sure to check the return policy on the product page to see if the item you're purchasing qualifies for a return.
Cosmetics & Skin Care:
Due to the nature of our items all purchased beauty products that have been opened are final sale. In the event that you receive a damaged item, you have 14 business days to return it.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Gifts purchased for someone else are final sale. If you're thinking of purchasing a gift from our store we highly recommend opting in for a Gift Card. Learn more here.
